Stefania extended their fashion empire from the 5 stores on “mainland” Sicily with a seasonal store in the port of Favignana, the idyllic Egadi island just 20 minutes away by Ferry, Stefania’s new home was in an ancient building made of the local yellow tuffo which pays homage to its provenance with a modern flair. The 8 wide windows all with spectacular views of the island and large arched ceilings common in the buildings of the area are reminiscent of the caves that surround the area. The minima; design allowed the focus not only on the surrounding beauty but also on the luxury merchandise inside. Outside, in the back is a gorgeous palm tree-filled courtyard to soak up the Sicilian sun.
